Traveling North on Route 95 (RT. 128):
Take exit 27B – Wyman Street/Winter Street. At the end of the exit ramp take a right. Follow road approximately 200 yds and bear right. Continue over the overpass to a set of lights. Go straight through the 1st set of lights and get into the far right hand land. Far right hand lane will continue straight and come to another set of lights. Go straight through those lights and there will be a reservoir on the right. The road takes a sharp bend to the right. When the road straightens there will be a stone sign on the left that reads, 840 Winter Street/ Healthpoint. Take a left into the entrance and follow signs for Healthpoint.

Traveling South on Route 95 (RT. 128):
Take exit 27B – Winter Street. Stay in far right hand lane at the end of the exit ramp and continue through 2 sets of lights. After 2nd light there will be a reservoir on the right. Road will take a sharp bend to the right and when the road straightens there will be a sign on the left that reads, 840 Winter Street/Healthpoint. Take a left into the entrance and follow signs for Healthpoint.
